What is a retreat?
A retreat is a conscious pause from everyday life — a sacred space where you step out of routines, responsibilities, and external expectations to turn inward. It is dedicated time just for you: to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with who you truly are beneath the noise. A retreat can be the starting point — or the deepening — of a powerful inner transformation.
What is the program of the retreats?
Each retreat follows its own unique theme, aligned with the location, season, and intention of the journey. While the daily rhythm is similar across all retreats, the content naturally adapts to the duration and environment.
All retreats include:
Daily yoga and meditation sessions
Group Reiki circles with mindfulness practices
At least one cacao ceremony
Space for rest, integration, and personal reflection
The exact schedule and highlights can be found on each individual retreat page.
Do I need prior experience in yoga or meditation?
No prior experience is required.
All yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices are beginner-friendly and can be adapted to the energy and level of the group. If you already have experience, you will still be able to deepen your practice.
A general level of physical and mental health is required to participate. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor and feel free to contact us before booking.
How big are the retreat groups?
Our retreats are intentionally kept small and intimate.
Typical group size: 6–10 participants
Maximum group size: 12 participants
This allows for personal attention, a safe atmosphere, and meaningful group connection.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes. Each retreat has a minimum group size of 4–6 participants, depending on the location and format.
Once the minimum number is reached, we will officially confirm that the retreat will take place.
Who can participate in the retreats?
Our retreats are open to everyone who feels called, regardless of age, gender, or nationality.
Most participants share:
An interest in personal growth and mindfulness
A love for movement (such as yoga, walking, hiking)
An openness to spiritual and energy work (e.g. Reiki)
You do not need to be “experienced” — curiosity and openness are enough.
Can I book the retreat together with a friend?
Yes, absolutely.
You can book together with a friend and receive a small booking discount. If available, you may also share a room.
Some retreats offer shared rooms directly during booking. If not, please contact us and we’ll check availability for you.

Yes.
For each retreat, we create an optional WhatsApp group where participants can connect before arrival. In this group, we share:
Retreat schedules
Travel and arrival information
Helpful tips and coordination
Joining is optional, but many participants enjoy connecting beforehand.
